Privacy policy
This policy covers FossilHaven’s current browser guest testing and its pages on veerygames.com. The mobile game is in development. We will update this policy before offering accounts, purchases or a mobile version with different data handling. FossilHaven: Dino Resurrection is published by Veery Games. Information the game uses
Game identifier
When you first play, the game creates a random identifier and keeps it on your device. It is sent to our game server with your requests and is used to find your saved game. It does not contain your name or email address, but it stays the same over time and is linked to your save.
Information kept on your device
The game stores a copy of your progress, your preferences and goals, and actions waiting to be sent to the server on your device.
Your save on our server
Our game server stores your progress: fossils, skeletons and resurrected residents, in-game currency balances and inventory, dig sites, research, activities, projects, cosmetics and crafting, together with related in-game records and timestamps.
Gameplay activity
When you play, the server records gameplay events with your save — for example the activities you choose, errors, elapsed time and rewards. While the game is open and on screen, it lets the server know the game is in use about once a minute.
Optional performance diagnostics
Extra performance diagnostics are off by default in the current browser version. If they are turned on, the game sends measurements such as frame timing, scene activity, asset loading and caching, and available memory, linked to your game identifier.
Shared daily event counts
Our server can also keep shared daily counts of event names. These count records do not include your game identifier.
Sign-in and purchases
Browser guest testing does not offer account sign-in or purchases. We will update this policy before either is offered.
Emails to support
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include.
How we use information
- To run the game, save your progress and carry out your in-game actions.
- To find and fix errors and improve performance.
- To answer your messages and help with privacy and deletion requests.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the game and website. Its database recovery system can retain earlier game records for up to 30 days. Active-save deletion does not itself prove immediate erasure of recovery history. Cloudflare also processes technical network and security information under its own privacy policy.
Email sent to support@veerygames.com is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a support mailbox hosted by Google.
How long information is kept
During guest testing, we keep your server save and its associated gameplay records until that save is deleted. The game does not currently erase these records automatically after a set number of days. Some temporary state and recent action lists are replaced as you play. Saved performance-diagnostic events, if collected, also have no automatic time limit. Shared daily event counts are kept separately without your game identifier in the count record; they are not removed when you delete an individual save and currently have no automatic expiry.
Support emails, including your address, message and anything you choose to attach, are kept in our support mailbox until manually deleted. We do not currently apply an automatic deletion period.
Your choices and deleting your data
- Download my data in Settings saves a JSON record of selected game records. It does not include every record linked to your save, and it can’t be used to restore progress.
- Delete this save in Settings permanently deletes the selected save’s active storage on our server once the server confirms it. Other saves you have started, your device preferences, shared daily counts, support emails and our provider’s recovery history are separate.
- Uninstalling the game or starting a new reserve does not delete your save from our server.

Audience
FossilHaven is made for teens and adults aged 13 and over. This describes who the game is intended for; it is not a store age rating or an age check. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, please contact us so we can help.
This website
The FossilHaven pages on veerygames.com do not include analytics, advertising pixels or embedded content from other services. They are delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details in order to serve and protect the pages.
